Party Entertainment Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Little Nature Wanderlust party bookings, including Package A (DIY setup) and staff-led party packages (Packages B–D). These Terms operate in addition to the Party Participation Waiver.

By confirming a party booking and making payment, the party host agrees to the following:

1. Bookings & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the selected party package (Package A–D) is required to secure the party date.
Dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
Enquiries, messages, or verbal confirmations do not constitute a confirmed booking.
If the deposit is not received, Little Nature Wanderlust reserves the right to release the date without notice.

2. Final Payment & Transport Fees

The remaining balance is due 3 days before the party date.

The final payment includes:

The remaining 50% of the selected package
Any agreed add-ons, upgrades, or customisations
The confirmed round-trip transport fee

The transport fee is calculated using a round-trip Lalamove quotation from Little Nature Wanderlust’s North Point office to the party location. A screenshot of the quotation will be provided in advance, and this amount will be charged.

All outstanding amounts must be paid 3 days before the party. After this deadline, no further changes may be made unless mutually agreed in exceptional circumstances.

Where last-minute changes are requested within 3 days of the party (e.g. additional children or services), additional charges may apply. Any such charges shall be invoiced and payable promptly upon request.

If final payment is not received by the due date, Little Nature Wanderlust reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Date Changes

The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Date changes are permitted subject to availability.
Due to staffing arrangements and preparation of materials (including perishable items), date changes within 4 days of the party may not be possible.
If a party is cancelled entirely:
- The deposit is forfeited.
- Any final payment already made is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 3 days of the party date.

In cases of contagious illness (e.g. flu, hand, foot and mouth disease) or other unforeseen circumstances, Little Nature Wanderlust may, at its sole discretion, offer a rescheduled date where reasonably possible. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

4. Party Timing & Extensions

Party start and end times are fixed as agreed at booking.
Little Nature Wanderlust is not responsible for time lost due to late arrival of guests or delayed starts requested by the host.
Late starts do not extend the scheduled end time.

Requests to extend a party:

Are not guaranteed
Are subject to staff availability and no clash with other bookings
May incur an additional extension fee

5. Venue Responsibility

The party host is responsible for ensuring that the selected venue is suitable for children’s parties and the planned activities.

The party host must:

Check and comply with all venue rules and restrictions
Confirm that messy or creative activities are permitted
Ensure adequate supervision and space

If activities must be modified, limited, or stopped due to venue rules or venue staff intervention, Little Nature Wanderlust is not responsible.

Where Little Nature Wanderlust assists in booking a venue on the host’s behalf, the booking remains the responsibility of the host. The host is responsible for compliance with venue rules and for any damage, penalties, or claims raised by the venue.

6. Package Descriptions & Customisation

Our party packages are designed as structured experiences and are described on our website as a general guide to the activities and format of the party.

Final party details — including themes, number of activity stations, materials, and add-ons — are confirmed during the booking process and based on the package selected.

Little Nature Wanderlust reserves the right to organise activities and station setups in a way that best suits the chosen theme, venue space, safety considerations, and number or age of children attending.

Requests for changes outside the standard package structure may be accommodated where possible but may incur additional charges.

7. Damage to Equipment & Property

The party host is responsible for:

Any damage to Little Nature Wanderlust equipment or materials caused by guests
Any damage to the venue or private property (including floors, walls, furniture, carpets, outdoor areas, or shared facilities)

Little Nature Wanderlust accepts no liability for venue or property damage claims arising from guest behaviour or venue conditions.

8. Package A (DIY Setup)

For Package A (DIY setup):

The host is responsible for setup, supervision, and pack-down.
Staff are not present during the event.
Materials are typically provided for up to 24 hours, including pickup and return time.
All items must be returned in full and in reasonable condition (fair wear and tear excepted).
Missing, damaged, or unreturned items may be charged at replacement or repair cost.

9. Third-Party Services

Little Nature Wanderlust is not responsible for third-party entertainers, inflatables, equipment, or services hired separately by the host.
Any issues arising from third-party providers are the responsibility of the host and/or the third-party provider.

10. Relationship to Party Participation Waiver

All party bookings are subject to the Party Participation Waiver, which governs supervision, safety, and liability matters.
These Terms & Conditions address booking, payment, logistics, and responsibility only.

11. Agreement

By confirming a party booking and making payment, the party host confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
