Playgroup Terms & Conditions
1. Participation
Caregivers agree to support their child’s engagement during each session.
A little encouragement goes a long way in creating an enjoyable, positive experience for all children.
2. Photography & Media
We may take photos during classes to share privately with parents/caregivers.
Photos will only be used for marketing with your explicit permission.
You may opt out at any time.
3. Refunds, Cancellations & Credits
We are unable to offer refunds for playgroup sessions.
However, credits may be issued under the following conditions:

Please notify us at least 3 hours before the session to receive a credit for future use.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the session are not eligible for a credit.

Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
Session credits may be transferred for single-session use to a friend of the package holder, subject to availability and age suitability. The package holder is responsible for ensuring the attending guest agrees to all playgroup policies, including the Playgroup Participation Waiver.
4. Health, Allergies & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs before your child attends.
This helps us ensure a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment for every little explorer.
