🌿 Venue Collaboration Terms & Conditions
(PLAY by Little Nature Wanderlust – Brunch Sessions)
These Terms & Conditions govern recurring or ongoing brunch collaboration sessions between Little Nature Wanderlust (“LNW”) and the hosting venue (“the Venue”).
1. Nature of Collaboration
LNW provides facilitated children’s play sessions within the Venue premises as part of the Venue’s hospitality offering.
Sessions may operate on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or rolling basis, as agreed in writing.
Participation by guests remains subject to LNW’s Venue Participation Waiver.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
LNW Responsibilities
LNW agrees to:

Provide facilitators to conduct structured play sessions

Supply agreed materials and equipment
-
Operate within agreed session times
-
Maintain reasonable safety standards within the designated play area
Venue Responsibilities
The Venue agrees to:

Provide a safe and suitable space for play activities

Ensure venue flooring, fixtures, and layout are appropriate

Manage general crowd control outside the designated play area

Communicate any venue restrictions in advance
The Venue retains responsibility for overall premises safety and compliance.
3. Supervision & Child Responsibility
Children participating in PLAY by Little Nature Wanderlust sessions remain under the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
LNW facilitates activities but does not operate as a childcare provider.
Sessions are not drop-off events.
4. Use of Space
The Venue shall ensure that:

The designated play area is clearly defined

Activities permitted are aligned with venue policies

Any cleaning, flooring, or operational restrictions are communicated in advance
LNW reserves the right to modify or pause activities where safety concerns arise.
5. Insurance & Liability
Each party shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.
LNW is not responsible for:

Venue structural or environmental conditions
-
Food or beverage-related incidents
-
Incidents involving non-participating guests
-
General venue crowd behaviour
The Venue remains responsible for the safety and compliance of its premises.
6. Scheduling & Cancellation
Session dates and times shall be agreed in advance.
The Venue must provide at least 7 days’ written notice to cancel a scheduled session.
Where cancellation occurs with less than 7 days’ notice, the full agreed session fee remains payable.
LNW may reschedule sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.
7. Fees & Payment Terms
A fixed session fee shall be agreed in writing between LNW and the Venue.
LNW will issue invoices monthly in advance, covering all scheduled sessions for that month.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
Late payments may result in suspension of future sessions until outstanding amounts are settled.
Unless otherwise agreed, LNW retains ownership of all supplied materials and equipment.
8. Branding & Marketing
Both parties may reference the collaboration in marketing materials, subject to prior approval of brand usage.
Any use of logos or branding must be mutually agreed.
Photography remains subject to LNW’s Participation Waiver and the Venue’s policies.
9. Term & Termination
This collaboration may operate on a recurring or rolling basis.
Either party may terminate the collaboration with 30 days’ written notice.
Immediate termination may occur in cases of:

Safety concerns
-
Breach of these Terms
-
Reputational risk
Outstanding fees for completed or scheduled sessions remain payable.
10. Indemnity
Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims arising from its own negligence, breach of these Terms, or operational failures.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
